- Administration Utility: requires Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 to be installed.
- The Dencom Global Address Book Client: requires an Email client that supports Extended MAPI like Outlook 97/98/2000 in Corporate/WorkGroup mode, Outlook XP and Outlook 2003.
- Dencom Address Book Connect: requires Outlook 2000 or greater and Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 to be installed.
