Designed initially as a crossword/anagram solver PuzzLex is a powerful tool for solving a wide range of word based problems. It uses its lexicons of over 280,000 words together with powerful search mechanisms to crack the most difficult of problems.
The program also boasts an integrated crossword grid that lets you work on crosswords within the application.If you're not sure of the meaning of a word then PuzzLex can display over 100,000 word definitions and word parts including synonyms, antonyms etc.

The registered version of PuzzLex provides access to over 280,000 words of up to 30 characters in length. The evaluation version only allows access to words of up to 8 characters.PuzzLex can handle words containing up to 30 letters.
Lexicons support mixed case and punctuation characters. (Spaces, Commas, Apostrophes, Hyphens and Full Stops).
Accented characters. PuzzLex can use lexicons of foreign words.
Lexicons support multiple word entries (phrases) e.g. Find: 10 2 4 6 = "Elementary, My Dear Watson" - And Much More..
