Download Tapping Test v2.0
"Tapping test" is designed for early diagnostics a growth of overfatigue that PC users may have. Analysis of dynamics and change of speed reaction during uninterruptable physical work is taken as basis of this method. The program helps to find out if people who are tested have a negative state of central nervous system. In that case it is a sign of overfatigue. Applying this test to children, we may find out if a child has predisposition to be quick overtired.
The test does not demand for use of the additional equipment, except for the computer. Duration of testing makes 25 seconds. After diagnostics the examinee receives the negative or positive result significative of absence or presence of negative conditions of the central nervous system of the examinee. The positive result of the test testifies to development of a condition of overfatigue and as consequence decrease of speed of reaction and serviceability is lower than norm. As basis for a method of diagnostics on the blank Tapping-test of Ilyins (E.P.Ilyin, 1987), but as against the last he is intended for definition of a physiological condition of the central nervous system, but is not "forces nervous system" (a psychological parameter).
It is test may be applied to express diagnostics of capacity for work and change of speed of reaction of people, whose work is connected to increased loadings on nervous system (airdispatchers, pilots etc.). Also it may be applied to the individual control of capacity for work and possible development of a condition of overfatigue.
Especially it is necessary to note application of the test for individual diagnostics. The condition of overfatigue determined by the test, may have significant negative consequences for health. At the same time the test, due to the simplicity and efficiency, may be very useful to people caring about health.
