Trying to introduce a digital accounting and stock control system in any business for the first time can be overwhelming. After going through Ezi Accounting System by installing and using everyone can realize that the software is build with the mind of general users (small to mid level businesses) who has no previous knowledge of accounting much. It takes only 38.4 MB of space in hard drive after installing which is very less relatively if we compare with other costly re known accounting software.
Installing the software is very easy. Users may also run Ezi Accounting on a Local Area Network (LAN):
To run the program on your local area network, you need to install the program on either a dedicated server (Windows or Linux) or any windows machine on the network (as detailed before), making sure you have enabled full sharing of the Ezi Accounting folder or the entire drive where the program is residing, also make sure you have a multi-user license that will allow you to run the program on as many stations as you need, then to proceed to install the program on the stations, you will only need to create a short-cut to point to the Rman.exe on your main machine (Server) where you installed the original program. To do that, open the Rman folder on the server machine from your station, locate the Ezi.exe, right click on it, then choose "Send to" and click the "Desktop (create shortcut)" option, once the shortcut appears on the station's desktop you will need to give it full administrative rights as detailed before.
There are five core modules found in this accounting software, they are sales, stock, purchase, payroll, accounts. These are seen in the main menu of the software. In addition to these five modules there is a dairy, telephone directory is added for users convenience to make their daily tasks easy. All the modules contains several functions under it like the 'sales' has 'invoicing', 'payments' and 'clients' from where user can easily generate invoice, add clients and their payment details. Other modules also has similar functions accordingly.
Reports:
All system reports can either be displayed on screen, sent to any printer attached to the system or network, saved to a file on disk or sent by email.
Screen: Choosing the Screen button will display the report on screen, you can adjust the report size and also scroll up and down using the buttons provided on the report screen.
Print (F3): Choosing the Print button will send the report to the Reports Printer, to choose another printer, RIGHT Mouse click the print button. This will bring up the default Windows Printer Dialogue screen, where you can choose a different printer that have been installed on your system.
File: Pressing the File button will show the report on screen and give you various options as to where you want to send the report to, these options include searching for text within the report, printing to various printers on your system, saving to various files formats including PDF, RTF, XLS, XML, HTML and MHTML.
The software supports many languages, currency. The price is also reasonable. But it is always free to try this software.

Ezi Accounting allows currency, tax, set-up and forms to be localised. Payroll can be configured to support local needs. Built in sending of invoices, statements and quotes to customers by E-Mail.
Facilities to import and export data with Excel spreadsheets, CSV or text files. Integrated help gives assistance. Support for integration with web stores is included, including OpenCart.
Screens and reports can be customised for operation in many countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, North and South America. Currency, taxes (one or two), payroll and setup can be localised to suit most countries. Menus can be downloaded and installed in Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, Portuguese, Spanish.
Multi-location features support connectivity between Head Office, stores and warehouses. Upgrade to multi-user allow Ezi Accounting to expand with your business. Point of Sale features can be added by upgrading to Retail Man Point of Sale.
